If you are experiencing computer problems and need a computer technician to help you please contact us. We know new technology can be quite frustrating to say the least. If you need help installing wireless networking, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installing routers, installing hubs, installing hard drives, setting up printers, setting up computers or helping you get back online, MindPride knows exactly how you feel.

Computer repair is a delicate nature for many of our customers, we understand your concerns. Whether you have a need for computer services in your office, corporate environment or town home we would be happy to assist you.

What Do We Offer?

We offer several computer-related services in order to differentiate ourselves from the competition.

The computer industry requires a great deal of experience. Installing new systems and servicing existing systems are a significant part of our business. We hope to be able to handle all of your computer needs.

Here are a few of the services we offer:

Turnaround time for repairs

Carry-in: Our standard turnaround time for diagnosis and repairs is 2-4 days, which may vary with repair volume. If parts need to be ordered for the repair, the repair will require additional time. We operate on a first come first serve basis.

Rush repair requests will have priority.  Rush repairs will be completed within 24 hours of drop off otherwise standard rates will apply.

On-site service: A technician will be on site to diagnose the equipment in 2-6 hours from the moment the dispatch call is placed. Repairs that need to be brought in-house and repairs for which parts need to be ordered will require additional time for completion.

All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer. MindPride recommends regular data backup and assume no responsibility for lost data. Items left in our shop over 90 days from time of diagnosis will become the property MindPride. Prices do not include parts. Prices subject to change.


Vendor Warranty and Maintenance Information

Vendor Warranty

Vendor warranties provided by the hardware manufacturer vary in length of time and what they cover; however, all warranties are limited to problems associated with the actual hardware. In other words, if we do not replace a part from a service call, the expense is not covered under the warranty.

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance contracts are available in different packages. Please contact us for a consultation of what would best fit your needs
