MindPride also sells computer systems and parts at the retail and wholesale level. We have more than 18 years experience in computer technology.
MindPride was founded in 1985 by our CEO Adam Guerra. The company started as a one man operation which is growing daily to be a major power in the computer/ IT solution industry.

Company Preventive Maintenance Policy:
MindPride has an internal Company Policy to insure that all problems, issues and repair are done in an Above Expectation manner, including resolving any side or corollary concerns, and implement a program of maintenance, education, suggestions of helpful software, upgrades and updates to minimize all future problems.
Company Satisfaction Policy:
MindPride is dedicated to the satisfaction of all of our Clients, and to constantly finding ways to improve the services we provide.
· If you are not delighted with any work that has been done, please contact us. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem for you.
· Equipment Service and Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30 days.
· Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally it is 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.
· Delivery charges are not refundable.
We understand that if your like most people you have private and sensitive data on your computer. Not only do we take this seriously, but we will make every attempt not to look at your personal data whenever possible and should we need to (for example to correct problems with quicken) your information will be keep strictly confidential and NEVER revealed to anyone. Replaced hard drives are destroyed by magnetic erasure (Scrubbing), then are physically destroyed so your information can never be recovered by someone else.
