MindPride offers on-site help with any computer need. No problem is too big or too small, from a simple software installation to full network support, MindPride can handle it all. MindPride also sells computer systems and parts at the retail and wholesale level. We have more than 18 years experience in computer technology.

 

 

Company History:

MindPride was founded in 1985 by our CEO Adam Guerra. The company started as a one man operation which is growing daily to be a major power in the computer/ IT solution industry.

Our purpose is to provide technically compliant solutions for dynamic Clients in a cost-effective, professional and courteous manner We utilize and sell only quality, guaranteed components and computer systems. We stand on sound business principles and uphold high ethical standards. Our goal is to make your experience with us friendly, successful, instructive and lucrative.

 

Company Preventive Maintenance Policy:

MindPride has an internal Company Policy to insure that all problems, issues and repair are done in an Above Expectation manner, including resolving any side or corollary concerns, and implement a program of maintenance, education, suggestions of helpful software, upgrades and updates to minimize all future problems.

 

Company Satisfaction Policy:

 

MindPride is dedicated to the satisfaction of all of our Clients, and to constantly finding ways to improve the services we provide.

If you are not delighted with any work that has been done, please contact us. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem for you.

Equipment Service and Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30 days.

Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally it is 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.

Delivery charges are not refundable.
We depend on customer referrals and repeats for most of our business, and know that making our customers happy is the only way that's going to work!

 

Computer Privacy Policy:

We understand that if your like most people you have private and sensitive data on your computer. Not only do we take this seriously, but we will make every attempt not to look at your personal data whenever possible and should we need to (for example to correct problems with quicken) your information will be keep strictly confidential and NEVER revealed to anyone. Replaced hard drives are destroyed by magnetic erasure (Scrubbing), then are physically destroyed so your information can never be recovered by someone else.

 

Company Code of Ethics:

 

MindPride abides by these iron-clad ethical rules:

  • Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventative maintenance.

  • Offer the customer a price estimate for work to be performed.

  • Obtain prior authorization for all work to be done in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer.

  • Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion of deadlines.

  • Complete an itemized invoice of components and services performed.

  • Furnish the customer with information on any warranties covering components or services.

  • Exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while it is being serviced.

  • Attempt to fix the customer's problem the first time.

  • Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer complaints

  • Cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation authorities.

  • Uphold the high standards of our profession and seek to correct any and all abuses within the computer service industry.

  • Maintain all your data and information private form any and everyone, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

MINDPRIDE STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS


All services, including all travel time to and from customer site is billed at the quoted rates, unless otherwise modified by written agreement. In the event that parts, materials, hardware, software, cables or supplies are needed, then payment is required upon order. In certain major metropolitan areas, we may elect to bill for an additional $20.00 fuel fee. If collection proceedings are initiated by MindPride to collect delinquent amounts, MindPride will be entitled to interest on the outstanding balance plus reasonable attorney's fees required to collect the outstanding amounts. If you have submitted a credit application and have been granted Net 15 day terms, then failure to pay within 15 days from the date of invoice shall subject customer to a one-and-one-half (1.5%) percent per month late charge until said balance is paid in full. Said late charge shall be added to any overdue balance. If invoices are not paid within the agreed to terms the hourly rate for all unpaid work performed will be re-billed at the hourly rate of $190.00 Per Hour.

MindPride DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. MindPride DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS GUARANTEE OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE.
