Networking Maintenance Packages/ Maintenance Contracts/ Service Contracts

The computer industry requires a great deal of experience. Installing new systems and servicing existing systems are a significant part of our business. We hope to be able to handle all of your computer needs.

Our Services

We offer several computer service related  rates and discounts in order to differentiate ourselves from the competition. The following are some of the standard services we offer, along with labor estimates (*Approximate, Estimated In Hours). Hardware or Parts are extra and will be included in specific job estimates. We charge $75/hour for our house call services and do not charge customers for travel time if they are within the Fort Lauderdale area.

  Multiple Locations : Add $150.00 per location (within 25 miles) 

      COVERAGE : 

All costs for parts/hardware replacement extra !!                   No travel fee (within 25 miles) 

Networking Services

Does your office or home have multiple computers? Do you have internet access and wish you could share it throughout your office or home and have every computer online at the same time? Whether you would like to run cables or run a wireless network, we can take care of all your needs.

We can setup a standard wired network with network connections on the wall for each workstation, or we can setup a wireless network which uses small receivers at each computer that receive information from a central location.

With networked computers you can share internet connectivity, and share files from computer to computer without having to use floppy disks or burning CD's every time.

Our standard network pricing is below, although we also do customized quotes for large projects. We can also maintain/update existing networks.

On-Site Consultation, Wireless Networks*, File Sharing*, Broadband through your office*:
$100 Trip Charge, including first hour. $75 Each additional hour.

Network Cable Wall Drops
$100 per drop (workstation) (includes cable and wall plates)

Network Cable Runs
$20 per foot of cable run (includes cable)

*These services will require the purchase of additional equipment in most cases.

We will come on-site to provide expert service on your computer equipment.  We have the experience and innovative techniques required to deliver quality service and cost effective repairs, On-site or in our shop.

Or on-site rate is $100.00 first hour, one hour minimum within 15 minutes of our service location.  1.5 hour minimum within 20 minute drive ($150.00), and $175.00 minimum over 20 minute drive. After the minimum (first hour), our rates are $75.00 per hour for non-network service, and $100.00 per hour for network service, billable in 1/4 hour increments.

FREE initial consultation. Contact us to schedule an appointment to review you networking needs. Network installation includes cabling, installing a hub and network cards as well as system configuration and Network Maintenance Plan (Network components provided at an additional cost.)

In-Shop Services

On-Site Services

Those are the few of the many services we offer on-site. We can come out to your home or office and diagnose what the problem is and in most cases solve your problem right there. Usually if we have to open up the case to diagnose hardware, we will take the computer in-shop at no extra charge.

Residential Packages

All basic scheduled service provided is $75.00 /per hour on site plus parts (if applicable).

1. $94.00 per month for unlimited technical support.

2. $799.00 per year for unlimited technical support.

3. $99.00 New Computer Setup. Full tutorial, security design, and network design and implementation. (LAN card not provided) (Discounted annual support available with this package)

Business Packages

Small Business Packages (includes unlimited support for up to 10 workstations and 1 server)
Medium Business Packages (includes unlimited support for up to 25 workstations and 2 servers)
Large Business Packages (includes unlimited support for up to 50 workstations and 4 servers)

Basic Service
All basic scheduled service provided is $75.00 /per hour on site plus parts (if applicable).

Network Security Audit

Services includes full data security audit including firewall, virus protection, backup procedures and current security measures (both physical and virtual)  Find out how secure is your network and learn what is required to increase your security.
$250 - Single server with a router, switch/hub and less then 5 workstations. $50 - each additional workstation
