   How can you tell if your computer is in need of a tune-up. After a fresh boot-up, RIGHT click on the "My Computer" icon and select properties. In the new window go to the resources tab. Now look at the percent of resources free. If you are under 90% a tune-up can and usually will  increase your computers performance significantly. It will run again as it did when you first bought it.
